Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check, money order and Paypal. Deposits: 50% up front deposit required on frame, complete bike, or custom wheelset orders. Free shipping on complete bikes with full payment up front or with cash/money order payment (as this eliminates credit card fees for us). Shipping: We use FedEx and USPS. No inflated shipping charges or "handling" fees, you pay what we pay. For international shipping we use USPS Express or Priority Mail, please email for shipping estimate on international orders. Returns/cancellations/incorrect orders: If we make a mistake on your order we will pay all additional shipping and fees to make it right. Please contact us by email or phone prior to making a return. MHC reserves the right to charge a 10% restock fee on returns and on cancelled orders for frames, complete bikes, or custom wheels. Returns on clearance/closeout items may incur additional fees.
